Use a rose fork to grow healthy and beautiful roses in the garden. Here you can find out how to use them correctly.
Roses need well-aerated soil in order to grow optimally. Carefully insert the rose fork into the soil around the rose roots and loosen it with light lever movements. The prongs of the rose fork touch the roots as little as possible. The improved aeration and water drainage of the soil prevents emerging diseases in the rose’s root system and promotes healthy growth.
Weeds compete with the rose for nutrients and water. Weeds can be easily removed with the rose fork. The narrow tines of the rose fork penetrate the soil and pull out the weeds together with the root.
Regular loosening and aeration of the soil improves fertilizer distribution. Earthworms can also make better use of the soil and supply it with valuable nutrients.
With the rose fork you achieve an even distribution of nutrients and optimum absorption capacity of the rose roots. The roses bloom more frequently and more vigorously.
The rose fork not only loosens the soil, but also promotes root growth. By creating air channels in the soil, the growth of new roots is stimulated, resulting in a more stable and healthier plant. Strong roots are the basis for resistant roses. These can then better withstand unfavorable weather conditions.
We have the perfect rose fork for your application. From the small hand fork with a 14 cm ash handle to the version with a 48 cm ash button handle and the large rose fork with an ash T-handle.
All our rose forks are forged and have proven themselves over many years of use.
