Hand forged chef’s knives series Alpha barrel oak from the knife factory Güde
The blades of the Alpha barrel oak series are made of forged chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. Each knife is processed in 40 manual operations.
The finely polished handle scales are made of oak wood from selected French wine barrels over 80 years old.
The knives are stainless, ice-hardened and hand-sharpened. Do not put them in the dishwasher.
Since its foundation by Karl Güde, the cutlery has been continuously owned by the family and is currently managed by the great-grandson Dr. Karl Peter Born.
