Krumpholz – Piranha rake with 140 cm ash handle – No. 1726
Piranha rake no. 1726 with forged blades for weeding beds, aerating and crumbling planting soil and making seed furrows. The sharp blades easily cut through fine weed roots.
The rake can be used as a light weed hoe and as a weeding rake. When penetrating deeper, it breaks up the weed roots. When ripping up the soil with the forged blades, the topsoil is not transported into deeper soil layers. Earthworms, fungi and bacteria remain and continuously increase the humus content. This process can be supported and enhanced by appropriate organic fertilization.
When pulling the rake over the bed, the weeds are collected and seed furrows are made. The soil is smoothed again with the flat side.
