Notes on shipping the products and packaging

Packaging of the products:

All our products are shipped in single or double-wall cardboard packaging.

For reasons of cost and environmental protection, we also use cardboard packaging from returns or deliveries to our warehouse, provided it is still in sufficiently good condition.

We only buy packing paper made from 100% recycled raw materials as filling material.

Occasionally we receive deliveries in which plastic has been used as a filling material. We continue to use these for sustainability and cost reasons. We think it is wrong to dispose of these materials in order to create an ecological “impression”.

Shipping of products:

All the products we offer are in stock in our own warehouse. Orders received by the early evening will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping service provider:

We ship our deliveries with GLS. You will receive a tracking number and can redirect the parcel yourself if you wish. For example to a GLS parcel store.
