Notes on returns and returns of goods
Returns:
You can within 30 days to withdraw from the purchase contract.
We offer free returns labels for returns within Germany.
In all other countries, the return costs are generally borne by the buyer. The latter is responsible for the proper return shipment.
In the event of defective goods or incorrect delivery, we will always provide a return slip free of charge.
Procedure for receiving a return slip with customer account:
Log in to your customer account (top right)
Select “ORDERS” in the account area
Select the desired order
Submit the return request
Once the return request has been approved, we will send you the return slip by e-mail. You can also download and print out the return slip in your customer account under “ORDERS”.
Alternative procedure for receiving a return slip:
Please send us an e-mail with the following information to info@holz-jaeger.com
- Order number
- Name and address
- Reason for return
- In the case of defective goods, please attach a picture of the damage
- We will send you a return slip to your e-mail address if the above requirements are met.
Important notes:
Please note that we only accept returns from our contract logistics provider GLS are available. The return slips are valid for the “Shop-Return-Service”. This means that you must send the return shipment to a “GLS Parcel Shop” must be handed in. If you return the goods to us via another sender, you must bear the costs yourself.

If you use the return slip provided by us, no further written information is required in the return shipment. In all other cases please use the withdrawal form or the delivery bill with the return shipment.
Packaging of the returned goods:
The returned goods must comply with the GLS packaging guidelines. These are available on the website of https://gls-group.eu/
This means in a cuboid carton and within the valid packaging dimensions.
In the event of improper packaging, we will pass on any costs incurred that are charged to us by GLS.
It is best to use our packaging for returning the received goods. Then there are no unnecessary costs.
Condition of returned goods and reimbursement of the purchase price:
After returning the goods, you will receive the full sales price incl. paid shipping costs will be refunded.
However, this only applies if the goods are undamaged and in mint condition.
If you have used and damaged the goods and there is no case of warranty, it is not possible to cancel the purchase. In such a case, please do not return the goods to us. If in doubt, please contact us by email first: info@holz-jaeger.com
